sitex ‘07

kudos to ryan for the nice job!

its my 2nd day working as a promoter for imation at sitex… and i have to say that what can be considered my first temp job is actually quite fun! (but tiring)… standing and walking around for 10 hours is really tiring. i was even contemplatig on renting a wheelchair to sit down and go around promoting and explaining to ppl the difference between SATA and IDE and how come the thumbdrive only comes in one colour.

i think over 2 days i have spoken to more than 1000 people! thats quite fun to know! though many of them might not verbally respond to my irritating blabber, but its really nice to have people smiling and say no thanks or patting you on the back and talking to you!

my booths quite fun… a bit too many temps though! but thats not really a bad thing so won’t be too tied up all the time either. went to john little warehouse sale next door halfway today! and also had time to go take free coffee from the motorola booth! and also helped a cute sec2 temp worker girl get water to fill the coffee machine! then after that she asked me for my name and she gave me hers too hahahahahahahha. k nvm. maybe she thinks i’m hooking up on her but i’m not =[. maybe she doesn’t mind!.my boss is indian and just found out today that his son is a psc scholar studying medicine at monash!

the temps got a nice indian boy who speaks malay v well and keeps on joking with me then also got those little girls from china.. helped one of them fill in her receipt booklet cuz they are commission based and we are not!

sitex quite nice come come visit! then i’ll be less bored! come on the last day on sunday n there’ll be lots of clearance discounts and such… so leaving all my shopping for sunday! yayyyy. sitex also got alot of chiobuu. so if u interested then come look look. got one prettyyy eyecandy from BROTHER’s BOOTH!

got some good buys also. i feel bad for saying that imation thumbdrives are not value for money but its true!!! who would care about a 5 year warranty for a thumbdrive?? i think in less than 3 years the thumbdrive would be obsolete already =[ haha so actually i’m promoting something that i don’t really believe in but nevertheless many ppl still get bought over yay.

my booth really got nice nice cheapcheap hard drives! external 400 gb hard disk only $169.00000!

i like punching numbers in the nets machine and swiping the card too.
